In roig we always look for a zone or machine room to be able to locate the motors, as much of the refrigerating furniture as the system extraction of smokes in the kitchen.
It is essential to be able to place all the motors that will be part of your refrigerators at a distance and in a ventilated area. In this way, the heat generated by the equipment is not suffered by the operator, nor does it burden the environment of your establishment by generating more heat than necessary.
As the motors are in a ventilated area, they spend less time generating the cold that your refrigerator needs, thus reducing energy consumption and wear of the equipment.
It is also important to distribute the cold inside the refrigerators. Our furniture can have several evaporators inside, to recover the temperature in the shortest time possible and thus ensure the cold chain of food and also reduce energy consumption of the equipment.
Very important is also the smoke extraction system in your kitchen. All our hoods have air supply, to return the air to the extractor hood and thus prevent the generation of drafts, or that the extraction of your kitchen takes the air conditioning of the restaurant.
Our contribution is always made in 2 directions, one vertically to generate an air curtain so that the smoke does not escape from the cooking area and the other in an inductive way at 45º, so that the air from outside does not bother the operator and directs the smoke towards the filter of the hood.
The air supply is provided by laser-perforated and adjustable stainless steel gates, in order to control the air pressure entering the hood according to the smoke generated in each area of the cooking block.
In roig we offer solution of filtering ceilings for exposed kitchens, with self-cleaning system of filters and even can integrate smoke detector to regulate automatically the speed of extraction and air supply depending on the smoke produced during the cooking processes.
We manufacture and select equipment that is easy to clean, using as little time as possible to invest in other tasks of your establishment.
That is why our handles are inlaid, the edges of the tables are rounded, the tops of the wall tables end in 45º and the corners of our worktops have a 90º bevel; in curved or straight.
The cooking blocks also have burners with water circuit, stainless steel grills, option of seamless worktop through which the grease can be strained or in case of modular, a perfect union and assembly between the different elements.
The rest of the tables and sinks we can also manufacture them without joints, they are prepared in several sections to facilitate the transport and assembly of the furniture and one of our welders will be in charge of joining and polishing the welds on site.
For this section it is very important to coordinate with the builders or architectural studios and decoration, in order to offer hygienic technical and constructive solutions, that help to improve the performance and cleanliness of your kitchen.
Our connection plans will mark the suspended work floors, the pavement grids for water drainage, the cooling gas lines to carry the cooling equipment remotely, the water, light and gas points of all our equipment; that is why we recommend to enter as soon as possible and the hand of the constructor in your new project.
We love to keep the lines of your professional kitchen, that the worktops have all the same finish, the same height and the same front. Both in the cooking block, as in the rest of the working areas always maintain the same structure and finish.
Our handle is deep-drawn and easy to clean, being flush with the furniture and we try that the rest of the elements commercialized also have a handle with the same characteristics.

In roig all plastics that protect steel, cardboard packaging and paper are recycled in different containers and stored. These residues are removed by companies registered in industry and certified for their proper treatment.
Also the scrap that is generated in our workshop and that we withdraw to our clients is treated, reducing this way the environmental impact and contributing our grain of sand to do a more green world.
