Project Details

Once again, Valcarce group wanted to entrust the kitchen of the new restaurant and hotel to our team. This time he has played in Tudela (Navarra) and the kitchen is sized to give service to 150 diners.

In the kitchen, we have designed a cooking block of the Italian firm Baron Profesional, with the fremte of the lacquered kitchen in black, 4 stoves with water circuit, Frytop and gas fryers. The cooking block is L-shaped and is attached to a custom-made charcoal grill, with manual grill lift and maintaining the line and kitchen design.

The extraction system consists of 2 extractor hoods, with LED lighting flush and air supply to compensate the extraction generated in the kitchen. The motors are regulated with frequency inverter and the two bells have a fire system according to regulations.

The washing area is composed of a high-end trawler, with its stainless steel countertops to pre-wash dirty dishes and clean exits.

The storage area consists of a refrigerator set consisting of 3 modular chambers at + 3 ° C for vegetables, meats and fish. The interior is made up of aluminum shelves and open-angle polyethylene and ceiling-mounted cold-formed equipment with built-in lighting.
The bar of the cafeteria is the result of a great work of our stainless workshop, made in curve with semicircle to 360º and we have made the structure and white corian countertop. The front of the bar is composed by coffee machine in curve, with worktop in corian, stainless steel counter under curved bar with the same shape of the bar, refrigerated bottles with lower drawers and remote engine, doors for garbage can, etc. .
