He studied at the Cordon Bleu and Cenfotur. After training he began his career took hold with renowned chefs such as Martin Berasategui, Rafael Piqueras, Adolfo Perret and even the Roca brothers in the Celler. He has made important collaborations with Galician cooks such as Javier Olleros, to finally end up making his dream come true: a Peruvian restaurant in Vigo


The restaurant has a total capacity of 40 people, divided into 3 areas: outdoor terrace, indoor bar with open kitchen and a small dining room in the back. Kitchen open to living in the bar, with a wide variety of ceviches and works nikkei cuisine style, Chinese restaurant and regional
