A new store opens in Sanitago de Compostela, on General Pardiñas avenue. Its owners Javier (owner of Pedra Santa) and Jesús García with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, have decided to get together and undertake this new adventure together.

Par 6 is the name of the new establishment and offers a wide variety of skewers, toasts, hams and tasting menus accompanied by a wide range of the finest wines.

In this case Roig has made the air conditioning of the wine cellar, with ventilated ceiling evaporator and digital thermostat box. In the bar we have placed a stainless steel service table with the shape of the bar, with custom sink, refrigerated wine rack with lower drawers and 2 Liebherr wine cellars for bar wine chat.

The kitchen has a cooking block of the range 550 mm composed of 3-burner stove, barbecue, griddle, built-in electric fryer and disturb signature mixed oven with auto-wash system. The washing area is completed with a hood dishwasher, with its inlet and outlet basket sinks and the preparation area has a refrigerated table and vertical refrigerated cabinet for the conservation and preparation of food.
